7 months

Chase is 7 months :)

He's just getting older and older and the days go by faster and faster. At 7 months, he still has just two teeth and is CRAWLING! He is perfecting the "worm" and gets around pretty darn fast on the carpet. Chase is slightly clingy and is waking up again at night, but otherwise he is doing great. He is mostly a happy baby and we are very grateful for that. He has mastered one more super neat trick...he says "baabaabaabaa" when he wants a bottle!!! Of course his first word would have to do with food! Chris also thinks he heard him say "dada" when he walked by and sometimes I hear him say "mmma" before the "baabaa". So we are getting there! Chase has recently discovered the joy of eating puffs and is loving the freeze dried yogurt kisses too. So far, the only food he refuses to eat is macaroni and cheese. I think he might change his mind when he can eat 'real' mac and cheese ;) At the onset of Chase being mobile, Travis has accepted him as a viable playmate and calls to him to come and play all the time. T is even doing really well at trying to comfort Chase all on his own- kissing him on the head or bringing him toys. It's very sweet and makes me swell with love for those sweet boys. Chase is also water obsessed! This summer should be really fun. We occasionally let Chase take a bath with T and he just splashes away- much to T's dismay :)
